NEBEL HALL GROUPS:
Groups using our larger facilities are required to use our food service. We will need your meal selections completed and a final count no later than the Monday before your retreat. This will be the number we will cook for and what you will be charged for. If you have a change in the numbers you tell me, please try to let us know as soon as possible. The Camp will select and prepare meals for your group to eat at an assigned time. Meal rates are $8 for breakfast (Sunday is $5), $9 for lunch, and $10 for supper. Your estimate will include anticipated meals, but can be added to or removed as your schedule requires.
CEDAR & OAK LODGE GROUPS:
Use of these buildings includes the OPTION to prepare your own meals. If you choose to have High Hill prepare your meals, the above information will apply to you. There is a residential style kitchen for your use and convenience. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances include a griddle, coffee pot, and hand mixer. The kitchen is also equipped with typical kitchen items: pots, pans, utensils, etc., but does not include paper products such as napkins, disposable plates, cups, utensils, etc. If you have questions about what we do/do not include in the kitchen, please don’t hesitate to ask.
PLEASE NOTE: The freezer does have an ice maker, but we encourage you to bring your own ice as we cannot guarantee the freshness of the ice in the freezer.
BRINGING YOUR OWN DRINKS/SNACKS
You are more than welcome to bring (non-alcoholic) drinks/snacks for your group. We will show you where you can keep those upon arrival.
