Facilities

Nebel Hall is our dining facility. The upper level is used as our dining room and will accommodate up to 200 people. The entire building is air-conditioned and heated for year-round use. The lower level of this building features 8 sleeping rooms with various layouts from queen only to queen and bunk to twins only. *THESE ROOMS CAN BE RESERVED BY ANY GROUP ON A FIRST COME/FIRST SERVED BASIS*  Two sets of the eight rooms are joined together with a pass-through door that allows for easy access between rooms. In addition to the sleeping rooms, the downstairs holds a lounge with log furniture – perfect for a small group meeting space. The lower level also has a separate men’s and women’s bathroom, each with 2 toilets and 4 shower stalls.

Oak Lodge is our newest retreat facility – finished in 2024.  The upper level has a large meeting space with round tables and chairs for up to 70 as well as full sound system with a 75″ TV and a half bath.  You will also find a kitchen/prep area with fridge/freezer, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and commercial coffee maker.  Additionally, there are four hotel-style private rooms with bathrooms en suite. On the lower level are four bunk rooms sleeping a total of 56.  Rooms 1&2 and 3&4 share a bathroom area – each area contains four sinks, four toilets, and four showers.

Cedar Lodge is our smaller, retreat style building. The upper level is fully handicap-accessible. The upstairs features a kitchen, a large meeting room with a decorative fireplace and a 55-inch flat-screen television, two bedrooms with queen-size beds and two public handicap-accessible bathrooms. Downstairs has two dorm-style rooms with seven sets of bunks (sleeping a total of 28 downstairs), as well as bathrooms and showers for each room.

Log Cabins We have three log cabins nestled into our more wooded area a short walk from Nebel Hall.  These are available for our larger groups who need more sleeping space. Cabins have both AC and heat, so they can be enjoyed year round.  Our cabins have two levels, and each level will sleep up to 12 individuals (6 sets of bunk beds). Each level has two separate toilets and showers for your convenience.

Camp Ministry Center   For our larger groups, we have a larger meeting space known as the CMC (Camp Ministry Center).  We are still putting the finishing touches on this building, but it is fully functional and a wonderful space for worship.  In this building, you will find a large stage complete with in-floor direct boxes, a full sound and light system, and LED wall, and enough seating for 300.  There is also a large conference room that can be used as an indoor meeting space and two sets of restrooms.
